CrossFit group classes

8 coached classes a week, scaled for every level, from your first workout to your hundredth.

1-on-1 personal training

$75 an hour. One coach, one plan, built around your goals.

Powerlifting & Olympic weightlifting

Squat, bench, pull, snatch, clean and jerk. Technique first, numbers follow.

Open gym

5am to 8pm on weekdays. Come in and run your own session on the full floor.

Gymnastics classes

$20 a drop-in. Rings, handstands, bar work, real skill work.
